About the Role
The Head of Supply Chain & Operations will be responsible for driving operational performance across procurement, logistics, warehousing, inventory management, and order fulfillment while leading high-performing teams. This position reports to the Country General Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall Supply Chain strategy aligned with business objectives
- Oversee procurement activities and manage strategic supplier relationships
- Ensure effective inventory management and continuous supply availability
- Lead logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations to ensure operational excellence
- Drive cost optimization, improve delivery performance, and enhance service quality across the supply chain
- Manage, mentor, and develop Supply Chain and Operations teams to achieve high performance and continuous improvement
About You
- Proven experience in purchasing, logistics, and supply chain management
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent in both French and English
