About the Role
Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions, a division of Arrow Electronics Group, is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join its growing team in Casablanca. You will support the sales of IT solutions including servers, storage, virtualization, networks, security, infrastructure software, and cloud solutions to service companies, publishers, and integrators.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain sales records, update CRM data, and generate sales reports to track progress and provide insights for sales management
- Develop product and service knowledge to effectively communicate offerings to customers
- Provide customers with detailed information on products and services tailored to their needs
- Assess customer requirements and recommend adapted solutions
- Conduct Teams or phone meetings to demonstrate products, answer questions, and address objections
What We're Looking For
- Fluent French (C1 level) and English (B2 level)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong negotiation and sales abilities
- Team player with ability to collaborate across departments
- Recent graduates are welcome to apply
