About the Role
As Lead Product Owner for NaaS (Network as a Service), you will drive the strategic development and delivery of network services within Orange's SAFe environment. You will manage priorities, align business and technical teams, and lead organizational transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the NaaS backlog by collecting and translating business requirements into prioritized features that deliver tangible value
- Coordinate and oversee the delivery lifecycle across Think, Build, and Deployment phases, ensuring smooth releases and handling escalations
- Represent NaaS in Program Increment Planning and ceremonies, maintaining transparent communication on progress and business alignment
- Promote integration across think, build, and run functions to facilitate a unified 'one team' approach and reduce operational silos
- Support transformation of operational processes through automation of NaaS service management to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Provide technical alignment and support to Business Units by collaborating with System Architects and other Product Owners
Required Professional Skills
- Advanced product management capabilities including backlog creation, maintenance, and prioritization aligned with Agile and SAFe methodologies
- Comprehensive knowledge of NaaS services, cloud infrastructure, automation techniques, and orchestration tools
- Expertise in translating complex technical and business requirements into actionable product features with measurable value
- Understanding of IT architectures including OSS/BSS and TMF standards for effective integration and service delivery
- Rigorous approaches to monitoring deployments and managing issue resolution in production environments
Required Soft Skills
- Effective collaboration across multiple functions to lead initiatives and influence stakeholders toward common objectives
- Strong analytical capabilities to prioritize tasks and make well-informed decisions supporting product and organizational goals
- Clear communication with diverse audiences to maintain transparency and alignment during program increments and development cycles
- Efficient workload organization to manage shifting priorities and deliver consistent value over time
About You
You demonstrate expertise in product management, backlog optimization, and Agile/SAFe methodologies with solid understanding of NaaS services, cloud infrastructure, automation, and orchestration. You possess the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across functions, combined with strong analytical and communication skills. A Master's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or project management, along with significant experience managing technology products in complex environments, is essential.
