About the Role

We are seeking a Machine Learning / AI Engineer to develop, deploy, and optimize AI solutions, particularly for language processing tasks. You will work with advanced language models, cloud infrastructure, and cross-functional teams to build responsible and scalable AI systems.

Essential Skills

  • Strong foundation in data science fundamentals with experience developing and deploying machine learning models for language processing
  • Proficiency in Python and JavaScript programming languages
  • Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Transformers
  • Expertise with NLP libraries and frameworks including scikit-learn, NumPy, NLTK, and SpaCy for text processing, sentiment analysis, and named entity recognition
  • Familiarity with language models like GPT and BERT, with ability to fine-tune and adapt them for specific use cases
  • Experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, OpenAI APIs, and vector databases with prompt design techniques
  • Knowledge of AWS ecosystem, serverless architectures, and ability to create APIs for integrating ML models into applications
  • Understanding of AI ethics including privacy, bias, fairness, and transparency in responsible AI implementation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field (Bac +4/5)
  • 3 years of professional experience as an ML/AI Engineer
  • Experience in the insurance domain is preferred
