About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will strengthen Jotun's market position and competitiveness across your assigned portfolio. You will leverage customer, shopper, and market insights to identify growth opportunities, drive profitable growth, and develop impactful marketing initiatives and innovations. You will collaborate closely with Sales and other key functions to execute segment and category strategies within agreed budgets. Based in Casablanca, Morocco.

Main Responsibilities

  • Initiate and implement campaigns, launches, and innovations based on market analysis, competitor monitoring, and customer insights within assigned areas.
  • Drive segment, category, brand, and product performance through projects and processes in cooperation with other functions.
  • Generate marketing deliverables including insights, business cases, key selling arguments, and communication packages.
  • Drive category innovation strategy by identifying consumer insights and preparing innovation concepts with the Innovation Manager.
  • Develop and implement pricing and product management strategies in close collaboration with the Sales team to increase market share and profitability.
  • Lead new product launches and implementations by working with local and regional marketing teams to drive innovation success.

What We Look For

  • At least 7 years of marketing experience with strong exposure to Retail/Trade Marketing, ideally in Paints, FMCG, Construction, or related industries.
  • Proven experience in category, product, and brand management within retail/distributor environments.
  • Strong understanding of customer insights, shopper behaviour, market trends, and competitor analysis with ability to identify growth opportunities.
  • Experience launching products, developing go-to-market strategies, and executing pricing and in-store marketing initiatives with Sales collaboration.
  • Commercially driven, analytical, and hands-on approach with strong stakeholder management and proven ability to deliver growth and profitability.
