About the Role

Join Mindera as a Principal Python Engineer to lead technical excellence across software engineering and cloud infrastructure. You'll be a strategic technical partner working closely with leadership and clients, building resilient, scalable systems that impact users worldwide. This role combines hands-on engineering with mentorship and architectural leadership.

How You'll Contribute

  • Build software services and APIs using Python frameworks, particularly FastAPI, for reliable data processing and deployment
  • Design and maintain secure cloud infrastructure from a software engineering perspective, handling networking components like WAF and CDN
  • Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform and deploy scalable services with Kubernetes (AKS) and Docker
  • Implement end-to-end data solutions with real-time (Kafka/Kinesis) and batch architectures
  • Lead technical direction, set architectural standards, and drive best practices across multiple engineering and data teams
  • Guide teams on security integration, performance optimization, observability, and operational resilience
