Customer & Field Support: Act as primary liaison for product-related inquiries and application solutions. Support field engineers and conduct on-site visits to gather feedback and validate product performance.
Reporting & KPI Management: Establish and monitor KPIs for product performance, conversion rates, and NPD success. Prepare regular reports on market trends, competitor activity, and business growth metrics.

Required Background

Engineering or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, Business, or related field
Over 5 years of proven success in product management, business development, or strategic sales
Strong understanding of product development processes and market analysis
Strong business acumen with ability to drive pricing strategies and optimize margins
Skilled at managing multiple priorities across diverse markets and cultures with cross-cultural awareness
Exceptional interpersonal and influencing abilities with experience fostering cross-functional collaboration
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
