Vos missions

  • Train operators and technicians on quality standards and ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001
  • Support deployment of quality culture on the shop floor and ensure documentation of quality standards

Role Overview

As a Quality Production Engineer, you will drive quality excellence and continuous improvement across production operations. You will lead problem-solving initiatives, implement quality tools, and ensure compliance with automotive standards while fostering a strong quality culture on the shop floor.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead or support structured problem-solving activities (8D, QRQC, Ishikawa, 5 Whys) for internal and external quality issues
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops to resolve chronic problems and reduce defect recurrence
  • Apply and promote quality tools (Reverse FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plan) in production areas
  • Analyze non-conformities from audits, rejections, and customer complaints; follow up on corrective and preventive actions
  • Monitor quality KPIs (FTT, PPM, scrap rate) and support lean/Kaizen improvement projects
  • Train operators and technicians on quality standards and ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in quality or production engineering in a manufacturing environment (automotive preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with excellent English writing skills
  • Fluency in English (required)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Knowledge of quality standards and tools
  • Excellent communication skills
