What your background should look like

  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Experience using recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and talent sourcing tools.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset.
  • Demonstrated customer focus, teamwork, and results-oriented mindset.
