Regional IT Service Delivery Manager, Asia

Lead regional IT service delivery to provide secure, reliable, cost-efficient and user-focused services through strong teams, global standards and continuous improvement. You will report to the Global IT Service Delivery Manager.

Your day-to-day

• Build an agile, transparent, high-performing regional IT organisation with clear responsibilities, targets and training for staff and end users.
• Deliver an excellent end-user experience by supporting Business Areas’ infrastructure needs, incorporating feedback and simplifying systems and access.
• Implement global IT standards and strategies in line with local regulations, maintaining a secure IT environment and promoting security awareness.
• Keep shared systems, infrastructure and platforms running reliably and cost-efficiently, with full accountability for regional service delivery, costs and KPIs.
• Deliver regional IT projects to agreed quality, timing and cost expectations.

Your skills and experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT service delivery, including leadership roles in a multinational environment.
• Ability to lead geographically dispersed and virtual teams within a global matrix organisation.
• Strong knowledge of IT service management and ITIL, including managing incidents, service requests, changes and SLA and KPI performance.
• Sound understanding of IT infrastructure, platforms and end-user computing, with attention to security and local regulatory requirements.
• Experience delivering international IT projects and managing regional budgets and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and written and verbal communication skills in English, with a business unit focused approach.

Location and working arrangement

This role is hybrid, splitting time between remote work and on-site work with the Group IT team in Pune (India), Bangkok (Thailand) or Seoul (South Korea).
