  • Facilitate weekly Sales Strategy meetings and Daily Business Reviews; mentor revenue analysts and managers.

About the Role

As Revenue Manager at Hyatt, you will maximize overall hotel revenue for rooms and food & beverage through effective pricing and distribution strategies. Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee the revenue management team to formulate pricing strategies and inventory restrictions for transient and group segments to maximize revenues and market share.
  • Implement hotel sales strategy and pricing recommendations across all Hyatt revenue systems, channels, and market segments.
  • Analyze monthly strategy results and provide communication to hotel teams, regional teams, and ownership groups.
  • Create accurate revenue forecasts and annual budgets aligned with Hyatt standards.
  • Collaborate with Directors of Sales and Marketing to develop group pricing strategies, SEO/SEM goals, and demand-based pricing for leisure and business travel.
  • Manage relationships with major OTA market managers and coordinate with front office and convention services teams to maximize revenue potential.
  • Facilitate weekly Sales Strategy meetings and Daily Business Reviews in accordance with Hyatt standards.
  • Maintain Hyatt revenue management systems including eFlex, Reserve, Opera, Envision, and Passkey.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Revenue Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in Revenue Management, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytical tools.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel systems, revenue management tools, and distribution platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of hotel performance indicators.
  • Strategic mindset with attention to detail and strong forecasting abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a results-oriented, commercial mindset.
  • Fluency in French and English.
