Junior Sales Development Representative - Automotive

About the Role

Join a fast-growing premium automotive services company in Dallas as a Junior Sales Development Representative. You will be the face of the brand, helping car enthusiasts and luxury vehicle owners discover advanced protection and styling services including ceramic coatings, paint protection film (PPF), and precision detailing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound outreach to prospective clients interested in car upgrades, maintenance, and styling services
• Engage with customers across multiple platforms, including the e-commerce store and direct inquiries
• Perform high-quality discovery calls to identify client needs and vehicle goals
• Maintain the CRM pipeline to ensure no lead falls through the cracks
• Facilitate the sales process with a focus on high closure rates
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to connect with clients when they are most available

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong foundational knowledge of cars, performance parts, and automotive maintenance
• Native-level English proficiency with excellent communication skills
• High level of coachability and a desire to master the art of sales
• Proactive "hunter" mentality focused on hitting performance targets
• Availability to work in CST hours with flexibility for after-work hours and weekends

Nice-to-Haves

• Previous experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms
• Experience in objection handling and closing deals
• Prior experience in automotive sales or specialized shop services
• Background in CRM administration and sales workflow optimization
