About the Role

Join Eaton, a global leader in energy management solutions. In this strategic role, you will own and lead the EMEA sales incentive strategy, execution, and governance for Eaton's Electrical Sector. You will drive alignment of incentive plans with business performance and behavioral objectives while serving as the central authority for policy, process, analytics, and change management related to sales incentives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Plan Design & Optimization: Analyze effectiveness of current incentive structures, recommend and implement changes to align incentives with strategic goals and sales behaviors, and stay attuned with external benchmarks and competitive analysis.
  • Governance & Ownership: Maintain central ownership of incentive policy, templates, and deployment processes; lead annual planning cycles and mid-year adjustments; ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards tracking incentive performance versus targets, provide actionable insights to sales leadership and finance, and monitor behavioral impact and unintended consequences.
  • Change Management & Enablement: Act as change agent to improve understanding and adoption of incentive plans, deliver training and communication across sales, HR, and finance, and develop proposals for digital solutions and tools.
  • Stakeholder Management: Interface with Sales Leaders, HR, Finance, and Legal across EMEA; coordinate with global counterparts to ensure regional alignment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Proven experience in sales incentive management, sales operations, or commercial excellence

Key Skills

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or equivalent tools
  • Experience in electrical industry or complex B2B sales environments preferred
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive change
  • Fluent in English; other EMEA languages a plus
  • Strategic thinking and customer-oriented mindset
  • Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, and influencing skills
  • Ability to work in highly international, virtual, and matrix environments
