About the role
You will work alongside a bold, energetic and collaborative team to evaluate and coach clients' technology teams and define technology strategies. The role combines your passion for technology with strategic consulting, helping senior leaders shape the digital future of their organizations.
What you will do
- Define IT strategies, architecture visions, and enterprise-wide roadmaps
- Drive due diligence and technology assessments, helping clients evaluate platforms, risks, and opportunities
- Shape Cloud and Data strategies and IT modernization approaches for scalable, resilient IT foundations
- Manage technology programs, de-risk complex initiatives, and bring clarity to IT transformations at scale
- Collaborate with BCG colleagues to deliver impactful change
What you will bring
- 6+ years of experience in IT strategy, enterprise architecture, or technology consulting
- Proven experience in technology due diligence, IT roadmap design, and large-scale transformation planning
- Ability to engage with CIOs, CTOs and other C-level leaders, communicating complex technology topics simply
- Consulting toolkit mastery: excellent slide-making, structuring of strategic recommendations, and crisp executive communication
- Engineering degree
- Fluency in English and French
Strong expertise in at least two of the following areas:
- Enterprise and solution architecture, IT modernization, integration
- Cloud strategies and migrations (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Data architecture, data governance and analytics platforms
