Senior Software & Connectivity Support Engineer

About the Role

Join Eaton as a Senior Software & Connectivity Support Engineer, providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting for the Electrical division. You will act as a primary point of contact across multiple channels (phone, email, web ticket) for end-user customers and internal partners, serving as the first point of escalation for complex software cases.

Main Responsibilities

• Resolve non-standard customer requests related to Software & Connectivity via phone, email, and web chat
• Provide L3+ technical support assistance for software issues involving R&D and Product Managers
• Manage software licenses administratively for supported regions and assist partners with deployment and usage
• Manage incoming requests related to the Remote Monitoring Software project and schedule remote customer meetings
• Lead knowledge sharing sessions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to adapt best practices
• Ensure customer satisfaction and achieve cycle time and cost improvements through team-based problem solving

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Computer Science (Software/Telecommunications preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Software Technical Support, Engineering, or Virtualization
