About the Role

Müller's Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive ServiceNow System Administrator to maintain and optimize our ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for configuring, monitoring, and supporting the ServiceNow environment to ensure it meets user and business requirements effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain all aspects of the ServiceNow platform, including system configuration, module updates, and user management.
  • Support platform upgrades and new implementations, working closely with stakeholders to assess needs and ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to optimize functionality.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configuration, administration processes, and user guides.
  • Provide technical support for users, troubleshooting issues and escalating when necessary.
  • Stay informed about ServiceNow updates and best practices to recommend improvements and enhancements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow module administration, including Incident Management, Change Management, and Asset Management.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow tools and technologies, including workflows, business rules, and script includes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with various teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Administrator Certification or related certifications.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and framework.
