Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
• Write and post compelling job descriptions across various job boards
• Source candidates through multiple channels and screen resumes
• Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate fit
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Support employer branding initiatives such as job fairs and social media content
• Collect feedback from hiring managers and candidates to improve the recruitment process
• Track recruitment metrics and support reporting for the Talent Acquisition Manager

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Good understanding of recruitment best practices and candidate experience
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
