Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Write and post compelling job descriptions across various job boards
- Source candidates through multiple channels and screen resumes
- Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate fit
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Support employer branding initiatives such as job fairs and social media content
- Collect feedback from hiring managers and candidates to improve the recruitment process
- Track recruitment metrics and support reporting for the Talent Acquisition Manager
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Good understanding of recruitment best practices and candidate experience
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
