About the Role

Join IFF Food Biosciences as a Technical Sales Specialist to drive growth in Cultures and Enzymes across the Maghreb region. This role combines technical expertise with commercial acumen to deliver value-added solutions to dairy industry customers and channel partners in Morocco, Algeria, and Tunisia.

Main Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Drive sales growth of Cultures and Enzymes in the Dairy segment; identify and convert new market opportunities into sustainable revenue growth.
  • Pricing & Negotiations: Lead pricing and contract negotiations with expert price negotiation skills and develop effective price strategies.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer organizations and channel partners; plan and coordinate lab/production-scale trials at customer sites.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute long-term strategic roadmaps for key accounts and distributors, aligned with global, regional and local strategies.
  • Market Monitoring: Monitor sales performance, forecast accuracy, and resource allocation; identify unmet customer and market needs to fuel pipeline growth.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate across supply chain, customer service, and marketing functions; represent IFF at industry events and conferences.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in dairy technology or food enzymes
  • Solid practical understanding and experience with dairy enzymes
  • Fluent in English; additional languages desirable
  • Valid driving license
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer-centric mindset with open, agile approach
  • Self-motivated with high degree of team spirit
  • Result-driven with ability to balance short-term and long-term goals
