About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Utilize GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) to manage bookings for flights, hotels, and travel services
- Promote and sell long-haul destinations and luxury cruises to VIP clients
- Design and deliver customized travel itineraries aligned with client preferences and budgets
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns efficiently
- Stay updated on travel regulations, visa requirements, and destination-specific information
- Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction
Required Skills
- Proficiency in GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo)
- Fluency in English, French, and Darija (written and verbal)
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills with strong customer focus
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple bookings and client requests simultaneously
- Passion for travel and commitment to high-quality service delivery
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience as a Travel Consultant, Reservation Agent, or similar role
