Account Executive – AI Marketing Agency (Remote, US-Based)

About the Role

Join an AI-first performance marketing agency as an Account Executive leading the revenue function. You will close high-ticket contracts with business owners and managing partners in legal, medical, and home services industries. This is a strategic sales role focused on selling AI-driven marketing solutions that help local businesses dominate search and answer engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full closing cycle, taking 7–10+ qualified calls per week across all US time zones
• Manage and coach a front-end appointment setter, reviewing call recordings daily and conducting live role-play sessions
• Handle complex objections regarding ROI and differentiation without relying on scripts
• Conduct daily video syncs with leadership to review pipeline health and priorities
• Provide consistent End-of-Day and End-of-Week reports on revenue closed, close rates, and setter performance
• Scale the sales function with a target of $20,000+ in new contracts closed per month

Required Experience & Skills

• 2+ years closing high-ticket services in digital marketing, agency, or SaaS environments
• Proven track record selling directly to business owners and managing partners in service-based industries
• Fluency discussing revenue, leads, and ROI rather than just deliverables
• Experience managing or coaching appointment setters to improve top-of-funnel performance
• High self-discipline and ability to operate independently in a remote, founder-led startup environment
• Availability to cover core US hours (8am–7pm CST, EST to PST)
