The Role

As a Booking Agent at Nuitée, you will ensure hotel bookings are correctly confirmed. This is an entry point into the Customer Service organization where strong performers can progress into more complex support roles and team leadership.

Main Responsibilities

  • Call hotels to obtain their hotel confirmation numbers
  • Record each confirmation accurately in the system
  • Work through high volumes of bookings, prioritizing the most urgent ones
  • Update tickets clearly so the team always knows booking status
  • Flag problems or missing information to the appropriate person
  • Take responsibility for completing assigned bookings accurately and on time

What We're Looking For

  • Confident and clear communication in English, both spoken and written
  • Some previous professional experience (travel industry experience not required)
  • Ability to express yourself in a clear, structured way
  • Comfort making frequent outbound calls and performing accurate data entry
  • Focus and organization while completing repetitive, high-volume work
  • Ability to prioritize urgent tasks effectively
  • Ownership of your work and reliability in completing it properly
  • Comfort learning new systems and working with multiple tools

Working Pattern

This position operates on a rotating 24/7 schedule, including day, night, and weekend shifts. Schedules are planned according to operational needs, so flexibility is essential. The role is based in Casablanca.
