About the Role
We are seeking a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) specializing in Security to drive our customers' security transformation on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 platforms. This is a customer-facing role where you will own the technical relationship between customers and Microsoft, helping them leverage their Microsoft investments through architecture, implementation, and operational health engagements. This position offers flexible work arrangements with the ability to work partially or fully from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive customer satisfaction and serve as a trusted advisor by gathering feedback and insights from customers and partners, acting as the Voice of Customer to share best practices and influence the solution roadmap.
- Land end-to-end security value propositions including Zero Trust architecture spanning Threat Protection, Identity & Access Management, and Cloud Security offerings.
- Position and deliver solutions that drive Security product usage, develop customer success opportunities, and help customers realize value from their Microsoft investments using subject matter expertise and repeatable intellectual property.
- Accelerate business value of security adoption by improving security posture and ensuring solutions follow the Secure by Design framework with high performance, scalability, maintainability, and reliability.
- Run Architectural Design Sessions to build implementation plans aligned with customer business goals and technical environments, achieving consensus on solution design and production readiness.
- Collaborate with other Cloud Solution Architects and Microsoft stakeholders including FastTrack, partners, and Microsoft Consulting to develop complex enterprise-wide solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development, technology solutions, architecture, or consulting
- Equivalent professional experience may substitute for degree requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting, systems administration, or architecture roles
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field with 6+ years of relevant experience
- 4+ years in customer-facing roles (internal or external)
- 4+ years working on technical projects
- Technical certifications in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) or security certifications
