Cloud Solution Architect – Windows 365 & Endpoint Management

This is a customer-facing strategic role serving as a trusted advisor and technical subject matter expert. You will ensure seamless onboarding, adoption, and value realization across Microsoft's endpoint solutions including Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Intune, and MECM.

Main Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor driving business value through AI transformation by translating customer challenges into actionable, high-ROI solutions
  • Lead architectural design and engage with business and technical decision makers to drive Windows 365, AVD, and Intune adoption for long-term customer success
  • Partner with technical and sales teams to identify expansion opportunities and develop tailored solutions that drive business value realization
  • Share expertise within relevant communities, contribute to IP creation, and accelerate customers' cloud and AI endpoint transformation journeys
  • Proactively gather and communicate customer insights, feedback, and success stories to inform internal strategy and execution
  • Maintain continuous self-directed learning in endpoint management, virtualization, AI integration, and change management aligned with CSU priorities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, or technology solutions
  • 10+ years in customer-facing roles (internal or external)
  • Technical certifications in relevant technologies (Azure Architecture, Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administration, Virtualization, etc.)
  • Deep technical expertise in Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, Microsoft Intune, MECM, and enterprise-scale MECM to Intune migrations
  • Solid hands-on experience leading technical projects
