Position Summary

Main Responsibilities

  • Record receipt of all food, beverage, and non-food products into inventory and purchasing systems
  • Investigate measurement unit issues and price variances; update inventory requisitions
  • Assist in calculating cost of sale ratios and maintain master cost files and receipts
  • Perform random checks to verify proper product storage and security

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • At least 3 years of related work experience
  • Proficiency with point of sale (POS) and inventory management systems
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 10 pounds
  • Professional communication and documentation skills
