The Digital Center of Excellence Leader drives digital strategy, innovation, and execution to support business growth, operational excellence, and customer outcomes. Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute proposal strategy, deal structure, and pricing; assist in customer negotiations and identify new product/service opportunities for business growth
  • Leverage specialized knowledge across product lines, markets, and sales processes to influence strategy development and control resources across broad sales territory
  • Interpret business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, and services while staying informed of industry trends
  • Apply high-level judgment to make complex decisions, assess information quality, and construct recommendations using multiple internal and external sources
  • Lead functional teams and projects, communicate complex concepts, and influence stakeholders to consider alternative perspectives

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree or equivalent (high school diploma with 10+ years relevant experience acceptable)
  • Minimum 10 years proven track record in sales and commercial activities
  • Proven managerial experience in energy industry, power transmission, and power generation products
