The Role

We seek a Freelance Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact through job offer. You will evaluate talent, ensure positive candidate experiences, and meet hiring objectives through a blend of automated processes and personalized engagement.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle from application to job offer
  • Monitor automated hiring flows and provide personalized outreach where needed
  • Conduct interviews for standard hiring process roles
  • Assess candidates' communication skills, experience, and role fit
  • Provide detailed feedback on interviewed candidates
  • Maintain accurate and current candidate data in the ATS
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure positive experience
  • Represent SupportYourApp as a brand ambassador promoting company values

Required Qualifications

  • Fluent English (C1+ level) in written and spoken communication
  • Proven experience with Workable ATS (mandatory)
  • 1–2 years of Talent Acquisition or Recruiter experience
  • Strong time management and ability to manage multiple open positions
  • Experience recruiting through various job websites
  • Demonstrated sourcing skills
  • Open and approachable personality

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of AI recruiting tools
