About the Role
Join a premier engineering design services firm as a Technical Recruiter during a critical scale-up phase. You will bridge the gap between complex engineering needs and top-tier talent, identifying and placing specialized experts who help clients accelerate their product roadmaps. This is a high-velocity role requiring speed, technical literacy, and persistence in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deep-dive into technical requirements to understand specific tech stacks, tools, and environments for diverse engineering roles
- Drive high-volume sourcing and outreach, maintaining a KPI of at least 2 quality submissions per day
- Execute rapid-response recruitment, ensuring roles are fulfilled within a 48-hour window
- Manage full-cycle recruitment within the ATS, from sourcing and screening to coordination and offer stages
- Conduct structured, competency-based interviews to assess technical proficiency and cultural alignment
- Execute aggressive outbound strategies including cold calling and LinkedIn outreach to engage passive candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers and technical teams to ensure alignment on candidate profiles
- Maintain meticulous documentation of interview outcomes and recruiter notes
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Technical Recruiting within IT, software, or engineering domains
- Proven track record in a SaaS, Tech, or Consulting environment
- Mastery of outbound sourcing techniques, including cold calling and advanced LinkedIn search
- Professional fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work a strict 9-5 schedule in EST timezone
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously under tight deadlines
Nice-to-Haves
- Proficiency in French (written and verbal)
- Experience using Loxo as an ATS
- Direct experience in contract negotiation
- Background or familiarity with the Telecommunications sector
