About the Role

We are hiring professional Over-the-Phone Interpreters (OPI) and Video Remote Interpreters (VRI) who are fluent in Moroccan Arabic and English. You will provide accurate communication between non-English and English speakers across various industries, with a focus on healthcare and medical services.

Your Responsibilities

  • Answer calls professionally, adhering to the Interpreter's code of conduct
  • Render all messages accurately and completely without adding, omitting, or substituting information
  • Maintain awareness of industry-specific vocabulary, particularly in healthcare and medical fields
  • Facilitate clear communication between Limited English Proficient clients and service providers
  • Take detailed notes during calls and provide exceptional customer service
  • Participate in internal professional training and pursue new professional certifications
  • Comply with dress code requirements for video remote interpreting
  • Communicate and report to your team leader

Technical Requirements

Internet:

  • Dedicated high-speed, private, and secured internet connection
  • Minimum download speed: 20 Mbps; minimum upload speed: 10 Mbps
  • Wired Internet with Ethernet Port (Wi-Fi not allowed)

Systems:

  • Windows 10 operating system minimum
  • Dual-core processor at 2 GHz or higher (Intel Core i5 or superior)
  • 8 GB RAM minimum

Equipment:

  • Single device (computer or laptop) in High Performance mode, powered by adapter
  • Noise-cancelling wired headset with built-in microphone (no wireless/Bluetooth)
