Onboarding Coach - Hotel Management Software

About the Role

As an Onboarding Coach at Cloudbeds, you will train and support hotel clients on our world-class property management system. You'll work with properties across 150 countries, helping hoteliers understand and adopt our platform to streamline their operations and drive business growth. This is a remote position where you'll make a direct impact on client success and satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

• Facilitate client onboarding, training, and ongoing support via video, phone, and email
• Resolve customer inquiries and troubleshoot escalated issues across multiple channels
• Partner with Sales to define success metrics, demonstrate ROI, and drive customer retention
• Build strong client relationships to encourage loyalty and promote product adoption
• Develop deep understanding of Cloudbeds' products and tailor training to client needs
• Contribute to training materials, record activities in Salesforce, and share customer insights for product improvements

What You Bring

• Over 1 year of hospitality experience in roles such as Front Desk or Revenue Manager
• At least 2 years of relevant industry experience in customer-facing roles
• Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple accounts simultaneously
• Exceptional communication abilities with empathy and a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to communicate product offerings clearly and synthesize feedback for internal teams
• Fluency in English and French
