What you will do

Physical requirements

  • Moving merchandise with appropriate equipment between the backroom and sales floor.
  • Placing and arranging items on all shelves and racks.
  • Climbing and descending ladders while carrying merchandise.

  • Being on your feet for a minimum of 8 hours per shift and moving around all areas of the store.
  • Standing, walking, kneeling, or balancing for a duration of time.

Pay and details

  • Pay range: $14.00 - $16.50 per hour. The range reflects geographic market conditions and may vary by location.
  • Compensation will always meet or exceed applicable local minimum wage requirements.
  • This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
