Position Summary

  • Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate maintenance team members; assist in hiring and disciplinary actions
  • Respond to guest repair requests and maintain positive guest relations according to company standards
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and company policies; report hazards and complete safety certifications

Required Qualifications

  • Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
  • At least 2 years of related maintenance work experience
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds; comfortable working at heights and on stairs
