Position Overview

As the Talent Acquisition Partner EMEA, you will play a central role within Aptiv's TA Corporate Team. Based in Tangier, Morocco, you will serve as the main point of contact for all salaried recruitment processes in the country while supporting other EMEA region countries. Main Responsibilities

Update recruitment activity within the applicant tracking system (Workday) and review/qualify applicant resumes in accordance with position requirements
Conduct preliminary phone interviews and passive sourcing strategies to build quality talent pools for active and upcoming requisitions
Orchestrate effective job postings in partnership with internal stakeholders and implement creative talent attraction methods
Coordinate and track local events/groups focused on diversity and inclusion, university recruitment, and employer branding initiatives
Research market intelligence for positions and support TA digital marketing and communications initiatives with regular internal awareness cadence

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree combined with 5+ years of experience in a multinational recruitment environment
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), particularly Workday
Strong research skills with ability to navigate complexity and drive simplicity
Detail-oriented with commitment to doing the right thing the right way
Native Arabic, fluent English and French
