The Role

Under the general guidance of the Director of Sales & Marketing, the Director of Sales will lead the sales team and drive revenue growth across all segments of the resort.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the Sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration
• Assist in the development of sales strategies and oversee the execution of plans and tactics to increase direct revenue across all segments
• Drive revenue growth by developing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities
• Ensure revenues meet or exceed budgeted targets to maximize profitability
• Support the enhancement of the Resort's market positioning and overall performance

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales
• A university degree in a related field is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Highly responsible and reliable
• Ability to focus on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous at all times
